At Rhino Truck Parts we understand that buying online can never be quite the same as physically inspecting your chosen items before committing to a purchase. For this reason, we have adopted a ‘No-Quibble’ 30-Day Money Back Guarantee which means we will happily accept returns on any product/s you have bought from us online (excluding Special Order Request items*(1)). |
We only ask that the following conditions are met:
- Please contact us on [email protected] prior to returning the goods;
- The goods must be in a re-saleable condition;
- The goods must not have been fitted;
- The goods must be in the original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage;
- The packaging must be intact;
- You have not had the product for longer than 30 days*(2);
- If you’ve had the goods over 30 days but they still meet all the other conditions listed above, we may still accept these as returns and the items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge at our discretion;
- We strongly recommend buyers use an insured and trackable return service as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to returned goods.
Returning Your Unused/Unopened items:

Please clearly mark the goods with your order number/invoice number and address and include a brief reason for return. Please note that we do not refund the return postage/shipping cost. Upon receipt of the goods at our address, your refund will be issued without delay.
Faulty and/or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty and/or damaged goods from us, please contact us as soon as possible by email on [email protected].
We will provide you with the option of either a replacement product or a full refund. Either way, the faulty and/or damaged goods will first need to be returned to us in their original condition - please refer to the Returns Procedure described above. Upon arrival at our address, the faulty and/or damaged goods will be assessed and your claim will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. NB: We will cover the full cost of the return postage for all faulty and/or damaged goods returned. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights.
*(1). Special Order Request items are ordered especially from manufacturers and for this reason are non-returnable. We will not be able to accept special order goods back for credit, refund or exchange.
*(2). You must advise us within 30 working days from invoice date. The customer is liable for the return postage/shipping cost, we do not arrange collection for returned goods. The customer is also responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged on their return to us. We advise you to obtain a 'proof of posting' from your Post Office or Carrier when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return. Please make sure all relevant and matching paperwork are included with your return package.
